Dr. Ahmed has been an avid global traveler throughout most of his adult life and has frequently visited the Andes especially Peru and Bolivia over the past two decades. In his travels, he has visited several impoverished communities some of which exist in harsh geographic locations. He has witnessed how so many people including children, happily survive with so little.
As the President and Executive Director of Divine Heart Foundation, Inc. Dr. Ahmed brings to the foundation a vast knowledge of, and exposure to people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Through the efforts of the foundation, Dr. Ahmed aims to positively influence the lives of impoverished children globally, so that they may have an opportunity to succeed and thrive in their communities.
